As part of our distribution expansion, we are onboarding Inside Sales Associates to support phone-based distributor sales.
Role Overview
The Inside Sales Associate will focus on outbound phone-based sales, engaging with distributors and medical businesses, presenting product offerings, and closing confirmed orders. This role is best suited for individuals who are confident communicators and motivated by performance-linked earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls to distributors and medical businesses
- Present product information clearly and professionally during calls
- Build interest and drive conversations toward order confirmation
- Follow up with interested prospects via WhatsApp
- Maintain structured communication to support timely order closures
Sales Focus
- High-volume calling and consistent follow-ups
- Closing trial and repeat orders
- Achieving monthly sales targets through disciplined outreach
