Role Overview
The Inside Sales Intern will support the company’s sales growth by engaging with distributors and medical businesses through structured phone-based communication, supported by digital follow-ups. This role focuses on building initial business conversations, generating interest, and supporting order confirmations in a professional B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate outbound communication with distributors and medical businesses primarily through professional phone calls
Present product information clearly and respond to basic commercial queries during calls
Conduct structured follow-ups through WhatsApp and email to maintain business conversations
Support order confirmation by coordinating internally after customer approval
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in reporting systems

This is a performance-based inside sales internship
Earnings depend on the number of successful order closures
Interns can earn approximately ₹5,000 to ₹30,000 per month, based on sales performance
There is no fixed upper limit for high performers who consistently close orders
Internship Duration
Minimum commitment: 3 months
Extendable up to 6 months based on performance and business requirements
Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)
A PPO may be offered to high-performing interns based on individual contribution, consistency, and business requirements.
