As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our digital sales and distributor outreach operations across multiple regions in India.
Role Overview
The Business Development Intern (Digital Sales) will be responsible for executing structured digital sales activities to identify, engage, and onboard distributors and medical businesses.
This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to B2B digital sales, healthcare distribution workflows, CRM systems, and professional sales communication in a regulated medical products environment.
The internship is remote, process-driven, and performance-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for distributors, wholesalers, chemists, and medical stores using digital platforms
- Conduct digital outreach via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email using company-approved scripts
- Explain and promote surgical products such as Absorbent Cotton Wool and Cotton Roll Bandage
- Follow up with interested leads and coordinate with the billing team for order processing
- Maintain accurate lead status, follow-ups, and daily activity reports in CRM and tracking sheets
- Support market research and digital territory expansion activities
- Follow defined sales processes, reporting systems, and communication guidelines
Work Structure (Remote – Digital Sales)
- Fully work-from-home role
- Digital sales activities only (no mandatory field work)
- Structured onboarding, training, scripts, and SOPs provided
- Regular performance reviews and feedback sessions

Internship Duration
- Minimum duration: 3 months
- Maximum duration: 6 months
- Extension or role enhancement based on performance and business needs
