As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our inside sales and client acquisition operations through structured phone-based outreach.


Role Overview

The Client Acquisition Intern (Phone-Based Sales) will be responsible for initiating and managing business conversations with distributors and medical businesses primarily through phone calls, supported by WhatsApp follow-ups.

This role is suitable for individuals who are comfortable speaking with business owners, are target-driven, and want hands-on experience in B2B sales within the healthcare and medical devices industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound phone calls to distributors, chemists, and medical stores using provided lead data
  • Introduce and explain surgical products clearly and professionally on calls
  • Handle basic sales objections related to pricing, advance payment, and supplier comparison
  • Send WhatsApp follow-up messages (product photos, pricing summary, catalogue) after calls
  • Convince interested prospects to place trial orders as per company guidelines
  • Maintain basic records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in reporting sheets or CRM

Daily Work Structure

  • High-volume phone calling (approximately 50–100 calls per day)
  • WhatsApp follow-ups with interested prospects
  • Daily activity and outcome reporting as per defined format

Internship Duration

  • Minimum commitment: 3 months
  • Extendable up to 6 months based on performance and business requirements
